The former McClellanville Middle School is a historic property that sits in the center of Town. In effect, it is the anchor tenant that will shape the way forward for our community. It is one of the few signature facilities historically, culturally, and aesthetically that has the power to define our community. MCF has been in conversation with Town Council and shares Council’s commitment to use the property to serve the cultural, educational, and, thus, the economic interest of our community.
